Very Berry Breakfast Smoothie


1 c frozen raspberries
¾ c chilled milk (your favorite – almond, soy, coconut, etc)
¼ c frozen cherries
1½ tbsp honey
2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp fresh lemon juice


Add everything into the blender, adding lemon juice to taste. Blend until smooth.
