Make it Your Own Smoothie
The fun thing about this recipe is that you can truly make it your own. Experiment with amounts, ingredients and flavors until you find a few that you like best then add them to your daily routine.
½-1 cup of your favorite liquid
Frozen fruit of your choice up
A handful of greens like spinach, kale, romaine
1 tbsp chia seeds
Add the liquid to the blender first and then add your frozen fruit combo to the top of the liquid. Add your greens and optional ingredients. Blend. Enjoy.
