P B & J Smoothie Recipe


1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
1 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. uncooked quick oats
1 tsp. of your favorite natural sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until everything is smooth. Add a splash of milk if it’s too thick. Enjoy your P B & J Smoothie!
